Hockey has been the Gouche’s passion since he was a young boy. He was fortunate enough to play the game he loved around the world as he played professionally in Germany for 16 years. This dream allows him to keep giving back and helping grow the game around the world.
These segments will provide the viewers and listeners an inside look at the game from all perspectives and from anywhere around the globe. You will laugh, cry and get into because we know, you love everything hockey too. The show will include special guests and topics.
Gouche Live knows no age, no gender, no skill level, no religion (other than hockey), no borders and we do not take weekends off.
Lifestyle
With all of the Gouche’s and Rosey’s events and travels they have met so many great people and they want to share their stories with you. Also we will look at what to wear, to eat, to buy, what car to drive or what stick to have in your hand.
All segments will include living in the life of a hockey player; young or old, woman or man, boy or girl, beer league player, up and comer or a pro athlete in any league. We discuss equipment, rules, what skates to buy how to get your skate sharpened, we will even show you how to tie your skates. Health & Wellbeing
Part of life in sport is being healthy and taking care of yourself. Whether you are playing in the NHL, in Europe or beer league down the street, we will talk to the experts about what to do and how to do. As we all know sometimes life gets in the way but the Gouche and Rosey want you to know you are not alone. We will talk mental illness, mental well-being and mental training. These segments will focus on the mental and physical aspects of playing sport, will talk about physical workouts, diet, concussions and the mental training to perform at a high level. Segments will feature guest, Malcolm Sutherland, Director of Athlete & Player Safety of Safe4sports Prevention Program.
Travel
The Gouche travels the World for hockey and StopConcussions. He will bring you not only hockey in different area zones but in all kind of ice rinks and settings. You will experience different cultures, different methods but all coming back to the true love….Hockey! These segments will showcase life on the road not only with Gouche and Rosey but also with special guest and special teams.
